Meet Pam
Pam Lanman Guzzone is a dedicated public servant and community advocate who has called Howard County home for more than 30 years.

Pam raised her family in District 13. All three of her children attended and graduated from Hammond High School.
She has worked with many community service providers including the Arc of Howard County, the Howard County Commission for Women, and OhanaHC. Throughout her work, Pam has brought people together to solve complex issues.

Education
As a proud product of public schools who comes from a family of educators, Pam understands the importance of quality education for our future generations at every level of learning and development.
Environment
Howard County prides itself on its incredible parks, open spaces, and environmental resources. In Annapolis, Pam will be a champion for safeguarding our natural resources, addressing climate change, and protecting the environment.
Health Care
Pam will work to make healthcare more affordable for Maryland families by cutting the cost of prescription drugs, bolstering our public health agencies, and expanding access to essential mental healthcare services.
Safety & Stability
Pam has spent decades working to improve the lives of Howard County families through her work with various nonprofits. As our State Delegate for District 13, Pam will continue this critical work to improve safety and community stability in Howard County.
